Wear hoodie While Exercising keeps your body warm during rest periods/breaks. Sometimes you get sidetracked during your workouts and it’s harder to get back in to it if you body cooled down. By covering your limbs, a hoodie will prevent you from checking yourself every time in the mirror as you workout.



Other reasons for wearing a hoodie when you exercise

  2. Comfy and loose!

  3. It looks cold wearing

  4. By pulling the hood over your head, you are able to block out all distractions and focus more on your workout.

  5. Big pockets to stuff things in.

  6. A hoodie sweatshirt top can be zipped all the way up to your neck, which makes it much warmer than a crew neck top.

  7. Keeps other people away from me. I'm there to train, not to make friends or chat about politics or TV shows.

  8. Keeping your body warm helps to prevent injuries

  9. Helps to burn more fat.
